The Four Generals

The four generals were the original guardsmen of the Prince of Earth, Endymion, during the time of the Silver Millennium. They were also the boyfriends of the four guardians of the moon princess, Princess Serenity. When Beryl released the evil Queen Metalia, and began invading Earth and convincing the people to go against the Moon Kingdom, the four generals went along with her. They said they were tired of the Moon Kingdom's rule over them and they weren't going to submit to them anymore. When Queen Sereinty sealed Metalia and sent the Princess, Endymion, and the four guardians into the futrue, she also sent the four generals so they culd once again find and protect their master. They were reborn and again they tried to find their master, but before they could, they once again fell under Queen Beryl's control. They sold their souls and gave their bodies to her for the power to destroy the Moon Kingdom's surviving members, but once Beryl was destroyed, they turned back into stone and protected the master from the sacred Moon Sword Sailor Moon used to kill the evil Endymion. The stones shattered, their spirits were freed, and they went on in Elysion protecting their master, Prince of Earth, Endymion.

JadieteJadeite was the first one to come across Sailor Moon. While his witch was no match for her Moon Frisbee (Moon Tiara Magic), he was confident he would defeat her. He is often overconfident and arrougant, but under the right conditions he can be intuitive, cunning and quite the gentleman. Though he often times underestimates a situation, he is one to make up for it when it comes to solid power.

NephriteNephrite is by far the most critical of the group. He has a tendency to look into a situaion and pick apart only what he percieves at first and doesn't bother trying to gain other facts. He doesn't exactly rush into things, but he often times doesn't take proper time to analyze and reflect on what he's doing. His shadow is his main manifestation of power as a being of the Negaverse. His shadow can take human form, or it could simply posess the body of a human mortal. It can be quite powerful, but it is far too sensative to light. It was blow completely to bits by Sailor Moon's Moon Twilight Flash. Nephrite himself is powerful, but his approach to both life and battle is far from effective.

ZoisiteZoisite is by far the most compassionate of his fellow generals. He cares deeply for his brothers this way, and when the others are defeated, he takes a moment to mourn. He was the last to submit to Queen Beryl, and the only real reason he did was because he wanted to protect his fellow generals and save the Earth despite the Prince's short-sightedness. When he became part of the Negaverse, he only really battled Sialor Moon and the Scouts to do right by his lost brothers, but he himself was defeated by the Cresant Beam Blast of Sailor V. Now, contrary to what the anime depicts, Zoisite is a GUY!! In fact, he is the reborn lover of Sailor Mercury, but that's another story...

Kunzite; MalachiteKunzite, Malachite as he is called in the anime, is the obvious leader of the four generals. He is by far the most powerful general of the Negaverse, and in the Silver Millennium he often spoke for the generals as a whole, especially to Prince Endymion. He was also the greatest voice of opposition when Beryl was taking over the Earth people and going against Prince Endymion. Kunzite convinced the other generals that Beryl was right and that the Prince was a fool. However, he was always questioning Beryl and her motives. He was the one who released the memory of Princess Serenity (accidentally, of course). He was the one who told her how to defeat Metallia in the Manga. Deep down, his heart was never evil, no matter what his actions were.
